Description
The Housing Innovation Experience is an initiative by PrefabNZ to showcase what is possible with prefabricated buildings.
We have chosen to not only showcase a prefabricated home, but also a Certified Passive House.
Our showhome will be NZ's first Passive House. The Passive House Standard is an internationally recognised energy performance standard which results in buildings that are perpetually comfortable, healthy, dry and economically responsible.
