Description

It is basically a standard 4 bedroom home but I have tried to build it with an environmental conscience. Floors are all New Zealand grown Eucalyptus with a solid layer of polystyrene beneath. There are no carpets. Windows are all double glazed. Light fittings are all designed for and fitted with Eco bulbs. Walls and ceilings all have upgraded insulation values. The house is situated to maximise passive solar heat gain. Heating is also provided by way of a centrally located heat pump.
