* Energy Procurement - the establishment and maintenance of cost-effective energy contracts for electricity and gas.

* Energy Auditing - Benchmarking the existing energy costs and performance, then:
• Identifying and quantifying opportunities for improvement, and ranking them in terms of cost-effectiveness.
• Assisting clients to implement or improve energy management practices.

Energy audits are normally carried out to Level 2 of AS/NZS 3598:2000 “Energy Audit”. This complies with one of the main requirements of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority for funding assistance.
